Communication automation and RPA

In the field of process automation and robotization, our main focus is the implementation of intelligent chatbots and RPA tools that streamline communication and administrative processes for clients. We have experience in the development and implementation of a chatbot for automatic written communication on websites, which was deployed as part of a project for a public administration client. This chatbot was able to answer more than half a million questions, significantly reducing the burden on human operators and improving the level of interaction with users, including answering their questions in real time.

We participate in the development and support of the portal of life events for public administration, where we provide technical support, expand the functionality of the chatbot and modernize the content for a better user experience. We carry out the collection and processing of inquiries, technical support of the portal and the development of functionalities, including the integration of self-learning modules.

As part of process management and robotization, we are involved in the implementation of RPA tools that automate routine administrative tasks. We implement RPA software, set up processes and train client personnel, which leads to a significant increase in efficiency and a reduction in error rates in the processing of data reports and administrative activities.
