Scope of processed personal data

UnitX s.r.o. only processes personal data that you provide to us. They usually only include first name, last name, title and email address, as well as company and job title. If you provide it to us, personal data may also include other data.

Purpose of personal data processing

You give us your consent to the processing of personal data for reasons according to your chosen preferences. It concerns your interest on our part in the provision of product information, business offers, current price lists, fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations (complaints), service and technical support, provision of licenses, registration of clients for statistical purposes and in order to determine the relevant needs of the data subject, sending invitation to conferences, workshops, seminars, events.

Personal data retention period

We process your personal data automatically and manually, and only for the period of validity of the granted consent. With regard to our options for processing consents to the processing of personal data, your consent is always granted until the last day of the calendar year at the end of the given period.

Disclosure of data to other entities

Personal data may only be made available to employees of the company as personal data administrators, if this is necessary for the performance of their work duties. In accordance with Article 28 paragraph 4 of the GDPR, all processors of personal data are obliged to at least the same level of personal data protection as our company.

In the case of providing personal data on applications or attendance lists for specific events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, events, etc., the data to the extent indicated may also be provided to co-organizers or representatives of manufacturers who participate in the event in partnership. Furthermore, when providing personal data in requests for product information and test versions, the data to the extent indicated may be provided to the manufacturer.

As a data subject, you have all the rights listed in the legal regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular the rights ensured by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data. The rights include, for example, access to processed personal data, the right to their correction, erasure or restriction of processing.
