Our activities also include the processing of personnel audits at municipal offices, where we deal with process analysis, proposals for optimizing the organizational structure and evaluating the functionality of current systems. Based on the findings, we provide specific recommendations and procedures for improvement. As part of change management and the introduction of new processes, we also implement training and consulting for key employees.

Key activities also include the implementation of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 standards. Here we map processes in detail, create process maps, implement process management methodologies in order to increase the performance of organizations and the quality of services provided. We also deal with process management in the field of automation and robotization of selected processes, where we analyze processes, propose their optimization and create specifications for automation software.
